First: Is It Actually Picky Eating?

Assuming health is fine, picky eating is usually one of three things:
- Food boredom: Same kibble, same flavour, same texture, every day, for years. You’d be picky too.
- Overfeeding/treats: The math is simple: too many treats during the day = no appetite at mealtime.
- Stress or environment: New home, new schedule, fireworks, construction noise, owner travel.
